What is the Cancellation Policy?
Customers can cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled trip without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

What is the Refund Policy?
Customer deposits are non-refundable. If Jackson Tours Unlimited needs to cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund if we cannot provide alternate transportation.

Can we drink on the bus?
Yes, alcohol is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age. However, the group organizer is responsible for ensuring everyone’s safety and compliance with all rules.

What if there is bad weather?
You may cancel or reschedule your trip in the event of bad weather.

Can we play our own music on the bus?
Yes, our buses are equipped with Bluetooth sound systems, allowing you to connect your device and play your favorite music.

Is smoking allowed on the bus?
No, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the bus.

How many people can fit on a bus?
Our buses accommodate 10-22 people, depending on the size. Please inform us of your group size when booking to ensure we assign the correct bus.

Can the bus make multiple stops?
Yes, we can make multiple stops during your trip. Please provide your itinerary to the driver and our booking team to ensure we can accommodate all stops.

Do you provide transportation outside of Austin?
Yes, we offer transportation to destinations outside of Austin. Additional fees may apply for long-distance travel.

What if something breaks during a trip?
If a window, emergency hatch, seat, or any other item is damaged or broken after the trip, the group organizer will be held responsible for replacing the damaged items. The credit card on file will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement.
